At worldofshawls.com we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. There may be occasions where you need to return the item back to us. You must follow and adhere to the Returns Policy and Procedure before returning any item.

 

General Imformation

For UK deliveries, if you wish to return any goods, we are happy to give you a full refund (excluding the cost of returning the goods which is the buyer’s responsibility). The goods must reach us within 14 days of delivery AND in their original condition (Please view our Terms & Conditions). Otherwise we reserve the right to refuse the return of the goods and/or the refund of the goods.

 

For International orders, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

 

Any custom made items ordered from our ‘Custom Made Order’ collections are non-returnable and non-refundable, as these items are specially made to your requirements.

 

Delivery

Any orders received before 2pm shall be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 2pm shall be dispatched the next working day. For UK deliveries, it normally takes 2-3 working days for delivery. For international deliveries, it takes 5-6 days for delivery, depending on the service of the postal services of the country in question.

 

We do not take responsibility of missed deliveries from the customer’s side. In such cases the customer must contact their local post office to locate their goods. We strongly advise for customers to opt for tracked deliveries in which all customers will be provided with a tracking number to enable them to locate their deliveries.

 

If goods are required on an urgent basis or next day, then we strongly advise you opt for Next Day Tracked Service. For details please do contact/coordinate with us for the best option to go for and to avoid any disappointments.

 

Although we ship very fast we do not guarantee a specific date or day for delivery as that is beyond our control.

 

There is no Special Delivery service or Courier service on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

 

Returns Procedure

All returned goods must be in their original packaging (Please view our Returns Policy). You must notify us before you return any goods by completing the Contacts form. You must await for the approval of the return of your goods from our side, otherwise anything sent back before that will just end up getting lost/misplaced. At the time of returning your goods, you must include inside your parcel: Your Name, Your Address, Your Order Reference Number and the Your Reason of Return. The Customer’s address must also be displayed on the return packaging.

 

You are responsible for the goods until they reach us. Thus for your own protection, we recommend that you return the items via recorded/tracked delivery and that you obtain ‘Proof of Posting Certificate’ from the post office. If you are using a courier service ensure the goods are insured whilst in transit and again that you retain the relevant proof of purchase receipt or document.

 

Once we receive the returned goods, the refunds will be credited only to your original payment card.
